Our App collects and monitors your SMS information so as to enrich your financial profile and assist us in performing a credit risk assessment to identify your risk profile and provide you with the proper credit analysis to ensure that users meet their credit needs. In addition, this helps us to make sure that your application is safe and it is you who gets the credit limit. Therefore, before you submit your application, we need your authorization to collect SMS information, and upload them to https://www.hastycredit.cc/. We are committed to using secure data transfer protocol to encrypt data and ensure the security of information. Please feel free to use. If you do not agree, we will not perform this operation, and the application will not be able to provide normal service for you and will exit the App.

2.2 Collection of Call Log

In order to ensure account security and stop fraud, our App needs to receive your Call Log data, including phone number, name, and call time, to confirm that you are using it in a real environment and not a simulator. Therefore, we require your consent before gathering Call Log information and uploading it to https://www.hastycredit.cc/ before you submit your application. 2.3 Calendar Information

We require calendar information so that you can set up a due date memo in the App after the withdrawal, which will remind you to make repayment on time. 2.4 Collection of Phone Number

In order to uniquely identify you, we collect your phone number, email address and social account when you sign in. 2.5 Data Upload

To better understand your identity and ensure that users meet their credit needs. Therefore, before you submit your application, we need your authorization to collect Contact, SMS, Calendar, File, and Phone Number information, and upload them to https://hastycredit.cc/. We are committed to using secure data transfer protocol to encrypt data and ensure the security of information. Please feel free to use. If you do not agree, we will not perform this operation, and the application will not be able to provide normal service for you and exit the App.

2.6 Installed Applications

We collect your installed applications to determine whether there are malware apps in your phone in order to make sure the process is safe. Furthermore, in order to evaluate your creditworthiness and enhance your profile with pre-approved customized offers, we compile a list of the installed applications metadata information, which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name, and version code of each installed application on your Device.

2.7 Collection of Photos and Videos

To comply with local legal requirements, we must collect and process personal identification information, including photos and videos, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This ensures that we can verify our users' identities, secure transactions, and prevent fraud. The App has a link to a registered third-party SDK which collects data on our behalf and data is stored to a secured server to perform a credit risk assessment. We ensure that ourselves /our third-party service provider takes extensive security measures in order to protect your personal information against loss, misuse or alteration of the data.

Our third-party service provider employs separation of environments and segregation of duties and have strict role-based access control on a documented, authorized, need-to-use basis. The stored data is protected and stored by application-level encryption. They enforce key management services to limit access to data.

Furthermore, our registered third party service provider provides hosting security – they use industry-leading anti-virus, anti-malware, intrusion prevention systems, intrusion detection systems, file integrity monitoring, and application control solutions.
